Our Approach

Re-establishing a healthy communication between your mind and your body can be difficult to do alone, we are here for you. We will collaborate with you to choose which method of counseling or psychotherapy is right for you and your goals. Our methods include, but are not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Mindfulness, and Family Based Therapy when appropriate.

What to Expect

  • Initial Intake Session, where you and your therapist will learn more about one another and make the decision if this is the best fit, as well as determine the goals you’d like to work on together.

  • Following Sessions, where your chosen goals will be worked on utilizing evidence based techniques combined with your unique needs and your therapist’s personal style.

Each individual is different, which means these sessions are tailored to your individual concerns, goals, and needs. Your therapist will work with you to determine which discussions, strategies, and timeline benefits your counseling or therapy the most.
