Our Approach

We are influenced by our experiences, the things we hear and especially the dialogue we speak to ourselves. We want to encourage and empower you to move in a direction of intentionally, vulnerability and accountability while seeking the life you want to live. Working together, we will determine which method of counseling or psychotherapy is right for you and your goals. Our methods include, but are not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Relationship Counseling, and Mindfulness. Christian based counseling is also available upon request.

What to Expect

  • Initial Intake Session, where you and your therapist will learn more about one another and make the decision if this is the best fit, as well as determine the goals you’d like to work on together.

  • Following Sessions, where your chosen goals will be worked on utilizing evidence based techniques combined with your unique needs and your therapist’s personal style.

Each individual is different, which means these sessions are tailored to your individual concerns, goals, and needs. Your therapist will work with you to determine which discussions, strategies, and timeline benefits your counseling or therapy the most.
