Our Approach

Whether you're engaged to be married and looking for some pre-marital counseling, have been together for a while and experiencing troubles in your relationship, or just looking for a space to grow deeper in your connection, we are here to support you as a couple. Your therapist will work with both you and your partner to determine which method of counseling or psychotherapy is right for you and your goals. Our methods include, but are not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Relationship Counseling, Gottman Method Techniques and Mindfulness. Christian based counseling is also available upon request.

What to Expect

  • Initial Intake Sessions, where you as the couple and your therapist will learn more about one another and make the decision if this is the best fit, as well as determine the goals you’d like to work on together.

  • Following Sessions, where your chosen goals will be worked on utilizing evidence based techniques combined with your unique needs and your therapist’s personal style.

Each couple is different, which means these sessions are tailored to your individual concerns, goals, and needs. Your therapist will work with you to determine which discussions, strategies, and timeline benefits your counseling or therapy the most.
