Our Approach

Transitioning from one season of life to another is exciting but can also be stressful. Here at Arise we want to encourage and empower you as you adjust into new ventures. We collaborate with you to find which method of counseling or psychotherapy is right for you and your goals. Our methods include, but are not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Relationship Counseling, and Mindfulness.

What to Expect

  • Initial Intake Session, where you and your therapist will learn more about one another and make the decision if this is the best fit, as well as determine the goals you’d like to work on together.

  • Following Sessions, where your chosen goals will be worked on utilizing evidence based techniques combined with your unique needs and your therapist’s personal style.

Each individual is different, which means these sessions are tailored to your individual concerns, goals, and needs. Your therapist will work with you to determine which discussions, strategies, and timeline benefits your counseling or therapy the most.
