Stefanie earned her Clinical Master’s of Science in Social Work degree from Columbia University in New York City and a B.S.W. degree from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, graduating as valedictorian of her class.

Stef loves to work with young adults and adults who struggle with the need to control or who feel stuck in the perfection cycle. Stef brings a calm, down to earth energy with a touch of humor. She really enjoys working with those struggling with food & body image concerns, social anxiety & other stress and anxiety.

Taylor offers an empathetic, genuine, and personable approach to sessions and welcomes humor and laughter along the way. She specializes in treating anxiety and stress associated with life transitions, attachment issues, and effects of trauma or stressful life events.
